 https://www.torproject.org/donate/donate under 'wire transfer' should say
 something about donating to the <a href="http://ccc.de/">Chaos
 Computer Club</a> on behalf of Tor. As it is, people may think they are
 giving money to The Tor Project Inc by doing the european wire transfer.

 I vaguely remember that there are tax/legal implications to this
 confusion.
