 We had a user (not authority operator!) report this assert:

 routerlist.c:3215: router_add_to_routerlist: Assertion old_router failed;
 aborting.
 }}}

 Nothing more yet, since he didn't reply to questions; so no idea what kind
 of configuration he was running. He only said Tor crashed with this,
 twice.
