 I can't seem to find those lines in vidalia_ru.po. Can you please paste
 both the original English string and the translation?

 Fwiw, you can remove the quotes without breaking anything in Transifex or
 Pootle. Carolyn sent an email to our Russian translator last night to
 check if the string still makes sense without the quotes.
