Comment:

 Calling this an 0.2.2.x bug since we'll want to sort it out soon.

 Is it a bundle bug, insofar as we're building the Tor in the OS X bundle
 with misleading paths?

 Or a Tor bug, if Tor on OS X is guessing the wrong default place to look
 for the geoip file?
