 So to sum up so far:

 - BarkerJrCoast1 hibernated on the 7th July when it reached its soft-
 limit. This was  somewhere around the 190GB mark, so it looks like its
 AccountingMax was indeed 200GB.

 - It stopped sending descriptors around the 14th.

 - Its logs report shortly after the 14th that it went into hibernation
 again. So something happened to the machine or network on that date that
 caused that to happen and also caused it to stop reporting descriptors.
 Maybe it changed identity or something?
