There are 2 sections:

1. the model we are working so far with teams
2. projects we will be working with you

About the projects, some are part of OTF grant but not all of them, the
'activity x.y' are the otf ones.

My goal is to try to fill up the info for as many as we can tomorrow and
get everyone on the same page here :)
