The agenda for today is:

1. short review of updates on circuit display experience on Android and
.onion states icons (#25764 and #23247)
2. deep review of security control proposal first mocks #25658
3. coming up next: user onboarding (about:tor redesign) #25695

We hope to spend more time on #2
