I wanted to share with you a couple of things before you are off to
montreal.

1st: design proposal

Important note 1: we are only promising the design work not the dev work
Important note 2: this contract will be for 6 months. (maybe this is
helpful for you as you plan when to do the ux work)

Not that you will be the one doing it :P but this is some information
