[tbb-dev] New meeting time with daylight saving time in Europe -- 18:00 UTC

Hi everyone,

Starting with next Monday (March 28) we move our meeting time one hour
back due to daylight saving times. The new meeting time will be 18:00
UTC. The place (as usual): #tor-dev on irc.oftc.net.
