This is only a list that is supposed to receive mail about commits being
done to our Tor Browser related repositories. tbb-dev is the mailing
list where Tor Browser development is happening. So, that one might be a
better list for your feature request. Or you could try tor-talk.

But even better I think would be filing that request in our bug tracker
at https://bugs.torproject.org.
