 Would it make it simpler to make "What's New" open the link to
 https://www.torproject.org/releases/tor-browser-95 directly? (without
 showing the "subview" on the right). It seems to me the last step of
 clicking `See What's New` is a bit redundant, and maybe we could save some
 design/strings.
