Comment:

 It looks like the browser is not getting the proper language: `und` should
 have been the locale (e.g. en-US). If I may ask, are you using a localized
 Tor Browser? Or did you manually change the language via the preferences
 (`about:preferences`) page? If so, it would also be useful to know the
 value of "Requested locales" in `about:support` page.
