 build/src/namecoin-3.3.9.1 (Git commit hash
 `720ebea87ac133cdc87ef366ff1f03c7577d5e02`).  There are several other
 bugfixes in this Electrum-NMC release as well, including a fix for a bug
 in the parallel sync code that could cause the chain sync to get stuck if
 a lot of ElectrumX servers were simultaneously connected.  This was almost
 never getting triggered until a bunch of new ElectrumX servers came online
 in the last few weeks, which caused it to actually be reproducible easily.
 Thanks to s7r for helping test the Electrum-NMC patches.
