 Tor Browser 9.0 no longer allows the ability to change the
 network.proxy.no_proxies_on value in about:preferences#advanced. This
 breaks being able to connect to programs that run on localhost like
 ZeroNet and I2P. Please add this back in since it hurts the anonymity of
 users.
