 Before version 8.0a9, both 32-bit and 64-bit installers list 6 locales:

 English, Esperanto, Indonesian, Malay + 2 locales from my region

 Starting with 8.0a9, 64-bit installers list 56 locales and 32-bit
 installers list only the 2 locales from my region.
