 Regularly publishing official signed tor and obfs4 Android build artifacts
 would be great and appreciated. Tor seems like the best source for those
 to come from.

 All in all, I am trying to avoid redundant work, and keep our efforts in
 sync and efficient. We remain focused on all the ways Tor and PTs can be
 used and built into many apps, and not just one browser, thus our interest
 in providing easily reusable modular components.
