 In #29641 we set `ClientAutoIPv6ORPort 1` to test IPv6 support in the
 alpha series. It needs tor 0.4.x, thus we need to wait until we can test
 it on mobile as well. (#30380 has another feature we want to test that
 depends on 0.4.x being available in mobile).
