 In integrated Orbot, Settings -> Outbound Network Proxy (optional), set
 TYPE HOST PORT, e.g. socks5 8.8.8.8.8 1080. It's expected to use
 socks5://8.8.8.8:1080 as outbound proxy, but it's still connecting to
 relays directly. Tor relays are blocked here so it can not reach any relay
 without outbound proxy.
 Again, it's working fine in standalone Orbot, which I use Orfox with.
