 I don't know how it is working, but here are the steps: [Tor is not
 working at this stage in my PC]

 1) No Tor installed in the system expect - Firefox 66.0.3

 2) Installed Firefox [ESR] [Firefox 66.0.3 still in my system on different
 directory] and it is working fine

 3) Installed Tor-8.0.8 and checked - it is working [1st time after the
 issue]

 4) Uninstalled Firefox [ESR] and checked Tor - working fine

 5) Uninstalled Tor and installed again - working fine
