 When I readelf on libmozglue.so (a library which is recognized by android
 as armeabl-v7), I see

 Attribute Section: aeabi
 File Attributes
   Tag_CPU_name: "ARM v7"
   Tag_CPU_arch: v7
   Tag_CPU_arch_profile: Application
   Tag_ARM_ISA_use: Yes
   Tag_THUMB_ISA_use: Thumb-2
   Tag_FP_arch: VFPv3


 On the latest version of tor.so, I see

 Attribute Section: aeabi
 File Attributes
   Tag_CPU_name: "arm1022e"
   Tag_CPU_arch: v5TE
   Tag_ARM_ISA_use: Yes
   Tag_THUMB_ISA_use: Thumb-1
   Tag_FP_arch: VFPv2

 This is why Android is detecting tor as arm and not armv7.  So this looks
 correct.
