 We don't have a Danish Tor Browser manual, but I understand that in Tails
 in the Danish Tor Browser, the link to the manual is showing up:

 https://mailman.boum.org/pipermail/tails-l10n/2018-September/005733.html

 This means our suppression code is not running correctly, which suggests
 to me an earlier error is terminating our torbutton code early somewhere.
