 In #26536, we created a temporary APK signing key for the alpha release.
 Because we are only using a temporary key, We want to release the alpha
 version using the package name `org.torproject.torbrowser_alpha`. This
 will allow us to release the stable version as `org.torproject.torbrowser`
 and users can have both apps installed in parallel. This isn't a great
 user experience, but this allows us to more easily migrate users from
 alpha to stable. If we don't do this, then users will be prevented from
 installing the stable version over the alpha version because they will be
 signed with different keys.

 In addition, we'll use "Tor Browser for Android (Alpha)" as the display
 name (or something similar).
