 I get the following failure.

 Failed to apply plugin [id 'com.android.library']
 Minimum supported Gradle version is 4.4. Current version is 4.1. If using
 the gradle wrapper, try editing the distributionUrl in /var/tmp/build
 /orbot-f06939b6f8c0/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties to
 gradle-4.4-all.zip

 This is because of the version of the plugin that orbot uses:
 com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4. If we downgrade the plugin to 3.0 we
 can use gradle 4.1. I'll test it out and see if that works.
