 Oh, one thing I noticed while fiddling with the mozconfig file: We should
 do something like `ANDROID_BASE=/var/tmp/dist/android-toolchain` in the
 mozconfig file and then replace all `/var/tmp/dist/android-toolchain`
 instances with `$ANDROID_BASE`.
