 BTW, I've noticed that the Moat radio button ("Request a bridge…") is only
 available if default bridges are available (currently we ship none in
 Tails, so I'd say it is not a rare edge case). IMHO, since default bridges
 in fact are not required for Moat, it would make sense to show the Moat
 and custom text entry options in this case.
