Comment:

 I am not sure what we actually should do here. We have the slider on
 mobile and looking at the onion menu only New Identity is missing. But we
 wanted to get that out of the menu anyway. Thus, there is no need to add
 such a menu for Tor Browser for Android to start with. I guess we can just
 close this and open more specific tickets as we see fit.
