 Thanks. I can now reproduce the issue, with an empty `out` directory. It
 seems to be caused by a bug in rbm, where in some cases we download a file
 in the wrong directory (in this case we download binutils in `out/firefox`
 instead of `out/binutils`). I am now testing a fix for this.
