 I think it affects both users of the old version of torbrowser-launcher,
 and users of old versions of Tor Browser. Although I don't know which part
 of the 10 - 15 requests we see per minute are Tor Browser. The torbrowser-
 launcher requests should have an URL ending with
 `release/Linux_x86_64-gcc3/x/en-US`, while the Tor Browser ones should
 have a version number instead of the `x`.
