 There are a million and one ways to DoS a browser. Fixing them all is
 likely out of scope (and Mozilla hasn't even started considering it as a
 serious issue). Even excluding various types of "bombs" like SVG bombs or
 XML bombs, merely loading a huge page is sufficient to crash a browser.
 This is far beyond the abilities of Tor Project.
