Comment:

 I think CLoudflare is not recognizing the ESR52-based Tor Browser as good
 as the ESR45 one. I pointed a Cloudflare engineer to this problem some
 days ago. I hope they'll fix it on their end soon. At any rate there is
 nothing in Tor Browser we can do to help.
