 it seems to me that it may be better not to use Tor in this condition.

 As far as I know there is no solution other than to remove the software
 that is interfering with Tor Browser. I know some Tor people are trying to
 contact Trusteer, but as a user of their software you should contact them
 as well (the may listen to their customers more than they listen to Tor
 Project people).
