Comment:

 I am closing this as "won't fix" because we now include a link to the
 manual (https://tb-manual.torproject.org/) which provides a lot of the
 same info as the FAQ.

 I will leave it up to Colin to decide if it makes sense to add a link to
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq to the manual.
