 This ticket is for doing all the things we need to do before switching our
 reproducible builds development over to `rbm` and `tor-browser-build`.

 We need to:
 1) Update the `tor-browser-bundle` `README` file mentioning that this
 method of building Tor Browser is deprecated
 2) We need to update the relevant parts of
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorBrowser/Hacking
 3) Move all the `tbb-gitian` tickets over to `tbb-rbm` where applicable
 and close the other ones.
 4) ...
