 I already added
 {{{
         win32:
             minSupportedInstructionSet: SSE2

 }}}
 to the `config.yml` file for 7.0a3. I guess we can make use of that by
 just committing your patch to master and using that to create the update
 responses files? Or do we need to be on the exact tag for that?
