 Addons do not work = addon does not show up at all (in addons page or via
 a addon button).

 Put the uBlock icon in your bookmark toolbar so you see it every time you
 load Tor Browser. It is usually there but when it disappears and that is
 when I know the addon is not working / no even shown as installed on Tor
 Browser.
