Comment:

 Here's a fix for video and audio elements in the Page Info dialog. (An
 audio element can be tested at http://demos.w3avenue.com/html5-unleashed-
 tips-tricks-and-techniques/sample-04-audio-demo.html). I also discovered a
 regression in TBB/ESR45 that prevents media previews from being shown at
 all in the dialog, so I'm fixing that in this patch as well.
