Comment:

 I am sorry Tor Browser is not working for you.  The error message "Could
 not connect to Tor control port." is displayed after Tor Launcher (part of
 Tor Browser) fails to connect to the Tor control port for 30 seconds.
 Please provide some more information to help track down the problem:

 - What version of Tor Browser was working for you before you upgraded to
 4.5?
 - Did you try downloading a new copy of Tor Browser 4.5 and installing it
 into a new directory?
 - Do you see anything on your screen before the error message is
 displayed?
 - Do you see any firefox.exe or tor.exe processes in Task Manager?
