Comment:

 I think this may be due to the fact that the window is an SVG with
 hardcoded size values. I've noticed similar sizing issues on my systems
 (mostly the SVG being too large/small for the Torbutton menu and looking
 odd).

 It turns out this also makes it impossible to cut and paste IP addresses,
 which is also a problem. :/
