Comment:

 dcf - I have actually been meaning to ask you for fingerprints for the
 meek bridges. I really think this first hop should be authenticated,
 despite the inconvenience, due to the seriousness of the attacks involved.
 The fact that we have an updater should enable us to update fingerprints
 more rapidly without a long deprecation period. We can discuss this at the
 dev meeting, if you're there.
