 Using Scramblesuit does not work anymore (the "XXX" were done by myself):

 can't find a pluggable transport proxy supporting 'scramblesuit'. This can
 happen if you haven't provided a ClientTransportPlugin line, or if your
 pluggable transport proxy stopped running.
