 To double-check that no patches were lost, I have done a manual patch-by-
 patch comparison of
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-browser.git/shortlog/refs/heads/tor-
 browser-31.1.1esr-4.x-1
 and
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-browser.git/shortlog/refs/heads/tor-
 browser-24.8.1esr-4.x-1

 I confirmed that all patches present in 24.8.1 are accounted for (either
 present in 31.1.1 or obsolete).
