 calling [https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-
 esr31/source/toolkit/xre/nsWindowsWMain.cpp#81 SetDllDirectory with an
 empty string], and
 [http://www.pretentiousname.com/setdlldirectory_inheritance/ In Windows,
 the SetDllDirectory API affects how child processes load implicitly-linked
 DLLs].
