Hi Chris,
I can't think of anything obvious. OONI is focused on
measuring censorship, not circumventing it. If you think
devices running your software are good candidates to probe
their network - perhaps to understand which other servers in
the networ kthey can reach - you may find that OONI, or the
measurement kit library it is based on can help with those
measurements.
