Thanks, harmony, for the detailed off-list instructions for doing all
the things, and sorry for probably doing half of them wrong.

There's now a TWN issue for this week on both mailing lists and on the
blog, and I emailed Andrew about it to get it tweeted.

I did not start cleaning up or preparing for next week, because I need
to get on a plane really soon.  I hope it's okay if I leave this part
to you, harmony.  Otherwise I can try to do it on Friday or Saturday,
but I can't make promises about how many things I'll do wrong that time.
