Hi Catfish!

Thanks for adding this item. In general, TWN has not covered releases
of third-party software even if it includes Tor somehow, mostly to
avoid the appearance of the Tor Project endorsing something that might
turn out to be full of holes for which it isn’t responsible (though TWN
doesn’t speak for the Tor Project, and for all I know ChatSecure could
be bulletproof).

I’ve changed the text a bit. If you want to make further changes,
please feel free - and if anyone has any opinions about this
no-third-party-software-in-TWN thing, do speak up.
