Sorry, but I can't seem to find the source of your quote.

Also, these two links are very close and the last one is not really
exact. I would usually make “malicious Tor exit relays” be a link to
the BadExit wiki page, where lies a definition. But given the project's
page also explains the situation nicely, I think it would be better to
change the wording and keep the current link destination.
