[TWN team] Early/late freeze or another editor welcome

Hi!

I will unfortunately be offline by the usual time of the freeze
tomorrow (Tuesday). If someone can step up as an editor, that's great.

Otherwise, I will either freeze by 9:30 UTC or 19:00 UTC depending on
how much I manage to write by tomorrow.
