Who is the audience for this announcement? I have a hard time figuring
understanding why the major feature is even important. All the major
bugfixes are also quite technical as is, except maybe the 3rd one.

What is the added value in copy/pasting the changelog itself when people
who are technical enough can always go for it?

Is the link to the full changelog missing?
