[News-team] Editor for TWN #4 (release on July 31th, 2013)

Is anybody willing to act as the editor for this week TWN edition?

I can totally do it, but it will happen during the first days of the OHM
camp [1] so I'm pretty sure I will not be as focus as I could be.

If nobody steps up by Saturday, I'll take care of it.
