[network-health] Upgrade your '456c' Tor relay?

Hi Roger and all at Tor,
Upgraded now. And installed unattended-upgrading, so it shouldn't
happen again.
I must say that getting an email signed Roger Dingledine was a very
effective way of getting my attention and prompting me to do something I
should have done long ago. Keep up the good work!
